Unless we discussed otherwise. Please don’t use “NAILS” as memo. ❗️NEW CLIENTS: ❗️ I DO NOT do foreign fill, so please come with BARE nails. (NO ENHANCEMENTS) If you are unable to remove nail enhancements before your appointment please BOOK A SOAK OFF ❗️BEFORE APPOINTMENTS ❗️ I will send out my address a day or two before your appointment. ❗️APPOINTMENT DAY:❗️ When you arrive to your appointment please wait in your car. Text me that you have arrived and I will let you know when I am ready. Please don’t ring doorbell. ❗️FILLS: ❗️ Fills MUST be booked every 2-3 weeks. If going over 4+ weeks you will be charged a full set and we will do a soak off I will only do 3 FILLS on a set and after the 3rd you are REQUIRED to book a soak off and new set to insure the health the your nails. ❗️RESCHEDULING:❗️ If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment your card WILL be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel your initial appointment a NEW deposit must be made for a new slot. If you need to cancel appointment you must notify me at least 48 HOURS before your appointment. If you cancel at least 48 HOURS before your initial appointment your card will not be charged 50% of the service. ❗️DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE REGARDLESS OF CANCELLATION❗️ ❗️NO CALL / NO SHOW ❗️ If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying me your card will be charged 50% of your service and you will be BLOCKED from booking again. NO EXCEPTIONS ❗️LATE FEE:❗️ I offer a 10 min grace period. After 10 mins there will be a $15 late fee added to your service.
